. In 1926, he arrived in The Hague, the Netherlands where he finished the Royal Art Academy
and enrolled in the New Artschool under the guidance of Paul Citroen
, in Amsterdam.1938 - 1939 After moving to Paris in 1938, he became the student of J.D. Kirszenbaum 
His art focused mainly on portraits, figures, landscapes and still-lives. He became a member of the Surindépendants. 1939 - 1946 During the Second World War, he returned to The Hague, the Netherlands.
1947 - 1950 After the war, R. T. Lindgreen came back to Paris so that he may work again with J.D. Kirszenbaum. He had exhibitions regularly in The Hague, Amsterdam and Paris. He specialized in aquarelles during that period. 1950 - 1955 R. T. Lindgreen became a member of the Pulchri Studio
in The Hague.
In 1952 he visited Annecy, France as a result of the French and Dutch artists exchange. There he created wallpaintings, as well as numerous landscapes and cityscapes.
He made several (study) trips to France (Bretagne), Switzerland, England and Spain (Barcelona, Mallorca). After the death of J.D. Kirszenbaum, he returned to The Hague to settle there permanently.
He was the co-creator of the group «Haagse Aquarellisten» in 1955. 1956 - 1961 R. T. Lindgreen, who wished for an independent artist career, started working in 1956 as a graphic designer at the Dutch State press.
Received a grant for a studytrip to Rome, Italy. 1961 - 1978 Became an art teacher at secondary schools. Made several trips to Swiss, Austria and Yugoslavia. 1974 Stopped working as a teacher on secondary schools, but continued teaching adults. 1978 - 1988 Several trips to Guernsey, Cote dAzur and Corsica.
His mother Rosalie Engeline Brouwer dies in 1981 in The Hague. 1983 - 1995 Member of the art society Ars Aemula Naturae, Leiden. 1995 Discontinuation of the of the group «Haagse Aquarellisten» 1999 Ronald Lindgreen passes away on the 31st of March.
His art has been acquired by the Groninger Museum,
, Gemeentemuseum The Hague
as well as the Rothschild collection, Paris.
